Before You Apply

The Hopkinton Country Club Charitable Foundation makes grants to 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations across greater MetroWest Boston.

We support programs that serve the most vulnerable youth and families and require grantees to demonstrate how they are serving this segment of the population.  Grants are made to organizations in our two program areas:  Youth Development and Economic Assistance.  Learn more about our programs and some of our current grantee partners here.

If you are applying for a grant for the first time, we strongly encourage you to have a conversation with us before submitting an application.  This will allow us to learn more with each other about our respective organizations, answer any questions and identify if there is a potential partnership fit.

Grant Timeline

The Foundation makes grants to qualifying not-for-profit organizations in late November and December.  The application deadline is September 1. Please note that the final determination of amounts to be awarded is based on the gifts and donations the Foundation has received that year.
